For my regular readers who have been keeping up with my travels to the Minnesota Fringe Festival, I’m sad to say that our adventures here have come to an end but on the same note I’m happy to say that I’m returning home. It is bittersweet, for sure. During our stay in the state of 10,000 lakes, the company took a side trip to Duluth for a guest performance at the Minnesota Ballet rehearsal studio. WOW!!! It was absolutely gorgeous and I am so excited to finally share a glimpse of what the space looked like for our performance. It used to be an old grain stock market and many of the original elements remain in the building.
Unfortunately, these photographs really don’t do the architecture justice, but you can get a basic idea. For anyone planning a vacation before October…I would HIGHLY recommend Duluth. Temperate weather, quaint hill-side city, mountain air, peaceful waters and beautiful beaches. I can’t wait to go back!
