I don’t normally post on the weekends but this lovely video just couldn’t be passed up! I found it via my friend Sam’s blog from the Etsy Handmade Portraits series. I was immediately transfixed by the calming voice and thoughtful words of the subject, Yokoo Gibraan.
Yokoo crafts beautiful scarves and knitwear in the most imaginative and unique designs. You will find all of her current work in her Etsy shop, YOKOO. I LOVE her sense of scale and proportion! She also recently opened a new shop called xMotherx in which she creates and shares handmaid clothing reminiscent of days gone by.
