Have you ever considered the angles of your home? Probably not… I mean, why would you unless you were photographing it, right? For the past five homes that I’ve photographed for my Style Story series (yes, it’s five already!), I’ve learned to carefully consider the importance of every angle in the home. Not only does this practice make for a beautifully photographable interior, but it also elevates the journey of your guest from space to space… each new sight unfolds a new surprise much like the one below!
This interesting interior view is from the Dallas home of Susan Baten and it will be the next Style Story feature on the blog. Stay tuned for more soon.
It should be noted that I swooned at nearly every corner turned!
For those who entered, here is the GIVEAWAY WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT from last week…
Congratulations to Christa (comment #9)!! You were randomly selected as the winner of THIS giveaway and will be receiving a pair of Christina striped flats. I’ll be emailing you with details shortly.

I love both of those chairs! So elegant! I live in a very tiny studio, so there aren’t too many angles happening, but you’re right… it’s something to be aware of when decorating/designing your home. And there’s nothing like that angle from the front door – first impressions are key!
